Pouliot is the son of Jean Pouliot, owner of CFCF inc. and founder of Télévision Quatre Saisons (TQS),〔 and the grandson of the matematician Adrien Pouliot.〔(Adrien Pouliot et l'Université ), by Jacques Dufresne, on the Encyclopedia of the Agora.〕 Advocate of formation, he has directed CFCF and TQS, has been the owner of several companies and has been the president of the administration council of the Montreal Economic Institute from 1999 to 2007, a research organization of right economics.
